Additionally, depending on the state, we can easily find a variety of chicken dishes in our country. So, if you’re interested in trying one of these specialties, we’ve included a recipe for flavourful Andhra chilli chicken below. Andhra Pradesh is well recognised for its homemade spice blends, which give the majority of the cuisine in the area a burst of explosion. And the chilli chicken recipe from Andhra does certainly contain this hot flavour. This traditional dish is simple to prepare at home and is bursting with flavourful spices, herbs, and cashews.
Fresh green chilies, curd, Indian spices, and herbs are the only components used in the preparation of this dish. The primary ingredient that gives this dish its distinctive flavor and taste is green chilli, which is used in this recipe. This delicious side dish of Andhra chilli chicken fry goes well with ghee rice and jeera rice. Additionally, it might be the ideal dish for lunch and dinner on non-special occasions.
Trivia
It is unclear who first invented this meal, but Andhra-style eateries like Nagarjuna, Nandhini, and similar others spread its popularity throughout the state of Karnataka. Because of the dish’s high degree of spiciness and the fact that Andhra cuisine is typically known for its hot and spicy delicacies, the moniker “Andhra” was given to it.
