Erinn Cerreta is Vice President of Workplace Planning and Strategy, serving the Atlanta Metro Area. In her role, Erinn partners with our Brokerage team to develop solutions for our clients in the areas of portfolio optimization, return to work, workplace/occupancy planning and long-term future of work planning. She helps customers envision their future, assess their current environment, visualize their new evolving workplace, catalyze change and measure results. Erinn’s strong background in Architecture and Interior Design, coupled with her training in workplace strategy and experience, enables her to guide companies through major organizational changes and workplace transformations, building the best possible workplace for employees and organizations to thrive. Experience and Accomplishments A 20+ year tenured member of the industry, Erinn has an extensive expertise providing consulting services to clients in the form of conceptual design, programming, relocation, occupancy evaluations and change management. Her career also includes project and program management experience on large scale ventures with the federal government, commercial and service sectors. Education and Affiliations Erinn holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Roger Williams University and a Master of Arts in Interior Design from Marymount University. She is a NCIDQ certified Interior Designer and an active member of IIDA and CoreNet.
Haywood Hamilton is a Partner at Collective Insights, a Management and Technology Consulting company based out of Atlanta, GA. In that role, he’s responsible for delivering solutions to complex problems for his clients, growing CI’s services and client footprint, and developing & mentoring its people. Over an 18-year career as a management consultant Haywood has never lost site that he’s in the business of providing a service, and that his clients experience should be more meaningful than his own. He’s displayed a consistent track record of developing and implementing critical initiatives specific to his client’s needs, designed to advance organizational success for a wide array of B2C and B2B companies, from small businesses to the most admired Fortune 100. He’s served clients across several industries, including Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Construction, Pharmaceutical, Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Communications, Public Service, and Transportation & Logistics. In driving change, his mindset is to always put those impacted by it first. Whether leading large scale transformation programs, analyzing the customer experience, or re-designing an organization, Haywood has a knack for figuring out the people side of any problem. Haywood holds dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Journalism & Advertising from the University of Mississippi and an MBA from the University of Alabama. In his spare time, he roots for Ole Miss and Atlanta United, and plays a bad guitar.
A designer by trade and creative businesswoman at heart, Murphy has spent the past 19 years as a leader in Atlanta’s commercial interior design community. Her passion for delivering excellence through premier customer service led her to start her own design firm, alongside her business partner. Lindsay operates from a place of “how can I help” where her time can be spent truly listening to her clients and developing impactful solutions. She has honed her strength in building relationships with customers, understanding their goals and values, and translating those principles into a one-of-a kind space to call home. She carefully blends big ideas and viable solutions as she leads the MurphyMeyers team in setting each project’s creative vision and crafting an approach and strategy that custom fits clients’ objectives, schedules and budgets. Murphy has extensive experience with projects across all sectors of business, from technology companies to law firms, creative agencies, headquarters, innovation and experience centers, co-working communities and building repositionings. An active member of the NAIOP Georgia Chapter, the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, Young Council of Realtors, International Interior Design Association, and a fixture on the Board of Directors for the Mary Hall Freedom House, Murphy is passionate about being involved in and giving back to the Atlanta community that has been so vibrant and giving throughout her career.
